Step-by-Step Guide through Sports & Wellness Registration & Payment System:


1. A click on the ‘What’s Hot!’ button on the left side of the navigation bar will bring you to the activities page. Click on any of the activity name to find out more details of each individual activity.

2. Click on any of the “Click Here To Register” located at the bottom of each activity. It will direct you to the “Online Registration” page. Select the activity which you wish to participate in and complete the form by filling in your personal particulars. Please note that the applicant’’s NRIC will be used by the system to perform a Membership check to verify if you are applicable for the Union Membership rates. Click on the “Submit” button and you will be directed to the “Online Reservation Confirmation” page. After reviewing your particulars, please confirm your reservation.

3. To complete your booking, please select your preferred mode of payment.

4. For payment by cheque, fill up your bank and cheque number. A successful transaction will issue an Acknowledgment Letter on the final screen. Please print the Acknowledgment Letter and send it together with your cheque to us within 2 weeks of registration.

5. For payment by credit card, please note that a 3% surcharge will be added. Final confirmation of online payment will be prompt before eNets’ Online Credit Card Payment process your booking. Proceed to click on “Confirm Payment” and wait for the page to load. Fill in your credit card information and press “submit” and “ok” to continue with the online transaction. A successful transaction will issue an Official Payment Receipt on the final screen. Please print the Official Payment Receipt for your own reference.

6. You are done! Confirmation letter will be sent out 2 weeks before the date of activity. Please contact us if you have not receive the confirmation letter 10 days prior to the activity date.
